Booking

Booking of equipment is only possible in written form via email. You can gather information about availability of equipment by phone. Equipment is not reserved for you as long as no written booking confirmation has arrived.

Required information

You personal information is required in order to rent our equipment. Please provide this information in the first email when you get in touch with us:

• Name, surname, address
• phone number (cell phone prefered)
• a list of the required equipment
• precise date range when the equipment is required
• pickup and return time

Based on the provided information, we will send you the total prices for the requested equipment. If you want to book the equipment, you simply have to confirm the prices and tell us that you would like to rent it (via email). We will then block the equipment for you.

Cancellation deadline

A binding agreement can be cancelled free of charge 48 hours before pickup. Last minute cancellation is charged with 25% (insurance costs will not be billed). It is considered as no-show if you do not pickup the equipment and do not cancel it. No-show is charged with 40% (without charging insurance fees).
