Shipping of rental equipment

Our equipment must be picked up at our office in Hamburg. Shipping of equipment to your destination is not possible.

Equipment insurance

Our customers don't have to worry about an expensive insurance which covers rented equipment - this is what we already have and what we can provide to you. If you have a insurance which covers the value of the rented equipment, please shows us your contract as proof and we will not charge you any insurance fees!

The costs of insurance are based on the location where our equipment is being used:

Please note that equipment which is supposed to be used in countries which are considered dangerous by the german Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Auswärtiges Amt) can not be insured by our insurance. You will have to provide your own equipment insurance in this case.

Security/deposit

You will have to place a deposit in cash on pickup. The amount depends on the equipment that you are willing to rent and will be told to you before pickup. We will refund your deposit if the equipment is returned completely and undamaged.

You are a new customer?

If you are renting for the first time, please consider reading these helpfull notes:

• Please get in touch with us first! You can email or call us.
• Booking of equipment can only be done in written form. Please send us your wish list via email and we will give you further information on the equipment. Please write down your name, address and telephone number, so we can call you back if there are questions.
• You have to pick up your equipment personally, so we can get to know each other. In case this is not possible, pickup can be done a friend or colleague of you - please tell us his/her name before pickup.
• Please bring along a valid ID when you are in our office for the first time. a business card is handy as well. We only accept german IDs with a physical address inside. Foreign IDs are not accepted.
• If someone else is doing the pickup for you, please instruct him/her to bring along a valid german ID. Pickup without a valid ID is not possible!
• Please note that we charge you directly when the total rental sum is 50 Euro or lower (without VAT). You can pay such an invoice directly in our office in cash or with your electronic cash card.
